Mr Ian Middlemas B.Com, CA
Chairman
Mr Middlemas is an experienced Chairman of ASX, LSE, NASDAQ and European-listed resource companies, bringing extensive expertise to these roles.
He is the Founding Chairman of Apollo Group, a leading mining investment and management group, and a former Senior Executive of Australia’s largest gold producer, Normandy Mining (now Newmont).
Mr Andrew Krelle B.Sc (Hons), GradCertAppFin
Executive Director
Mr Krelle is a geologist with broad experience across mining and finance, including roles in Australia, Hong Kong, and London.
He has worked with Bacchus Capital Advisors, managed investor relations for Yellow Cake Plc and co-founded Aozora Minerals, a company that focused on copper and OICG style deposits in Queensland.
Mr Peter Fox MAppFin
Non-Executive Director
Mr Fox holds a Master of Applied Finance and specialises in corporate and business development.
As an accomplished corporate finance executive, he brings extensive experience in equity capital markets, strategic growth, and project execution within the metals and mining sector.
Mr Fox’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and equity market funding to downstream strategy implementation.
Mr Robert Behets B.Sc (Hons.), FAusIMM, MAIG
Non-Executive Director
Mr Behets is a geologist with 35+ years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining. He has been Director of several ASX-listed companies and was a key figure in Mantra Resources’ growth ($9M to $1B over 5 years).
He brings strong technical, commercial and managerial expertise across exploration, resource estimation, and operations.
Mr Sunny Loh BBA, MBA, ACS, ACIS, MSID
Non-Executive Director
Mr Loh is an expert in corporate strategy, finance markets, investor relations and capital restructures.
He is focused on supporting the Board through interaction with the Company’s overseas shareholder base, and via evaluation of additional funding and corporate options to further develop and grow GBM.
Mr Liu Hang MBA
Non-Executive Director
Mr Liu is Chairman of Wise Walkers Limited, a substantial shareholder in GBM.
He is a permanent resident of Hong Kong with over two decades of extensive business experience in Australia. Beyond his Australian business interests, Mr. Liu maintains a diverse investment portfolio across China, with significant holdings in Hangzhou and Shenzhen.

CEO
Mr Hastings is a seasoned mining executive with 25 years of global experience in operations and corporate roles and a history of delivering significant outcomes.
He led the team that discovered a +5Moz gold deposit near Ok Tedi, and advanced major projects including Telfer and Lumwana, delivering multi-billion-dollar growth and efficiency gains.
Mr Edward Jelicich-Kane B.Sc (Geology)
Exploration Manager
Mr Jelicich-Kane is a qualified geologist with extensive exploration experience, having held key roles at several ASX- listed companies.
He also co-founded Aozora Minerals, a private exploration company focused on sediment-hosted copper and IOCG-style deposits in Queensland.
Mr Lachlan Lynch B.Com, CA
Company Secretary
Mr Lynch is a Chartered Accountant who commenced his career at a large international Chartered Accounting firm.
He has over a decade of experience in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Mr Lynch is currently a Financial Controller for the Apollo Group which is involved in several high-performing listed companies that operate in the resources sector.
